What do I do with secret word (also known as "captcha") I don't see it or it says "I enter wrong secret word"?
If you have troubles with secret word, we suggest you to turn off your firewall (ZoneAlarm or similar) or set it up to lower security level at least for the time you are logging in, also, make sure you do not load the page from your computer cache (from your Hard Disk, rather than from our site) what frequently causes displaying of wrong secret word.
You can try deleting your temporary internet files, and then open the login page, hit SHIFT button on your keyboard and at the same time mouseclick on 'refresh' button in your internet browser, this would make sure you're loading the right secret word.
You must enter your login data and secret word within 15-20 seconds, this will ensure that you won't be entering 'old' secret word!
Alternatively, you can try using a different internet browser.
